    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Every few weeks Captive Portal and UserCheck redirection&amp;nbsp;will start to&amp;nbsp;fail. Computers I will be able to reach captive portal using its URL, but in mobile devices not even that solves. This is rare, but it is a pain.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can only fix it by rebooting, so I was thinking that maybe restarting the service&amp;nbsp;might help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried sfwd_restart, and stop, start. Doesn't help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you tried:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;expert# webd_init.sh restart&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I always use this when I have trouble with WEB UI,&amp;nbsp;but I'm not sure if this really toggles the original thttpd process.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;These are part of multiportal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should be able to restart the UserCheck portal by using the expert command &lt;STRONG&gt;mpclient restart UserCheck&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
