Checkpoint 1400 SmartProvisioning and UserCheck Feature

Hello,

I try to configure smart provisioning with the Checkpoint Identity Awareness UserCheck feature to use them on our 1400 SMB Appliances in the future.

As I can see there I don't have any chance to change the UserCheck Main Url within the profile. There will allways be used the string "http://<dynamic-ip>/UserCheck".

How can I configure this Dynamic object on the Security Gateway? Every time one Request will be blocked from URL/Application Filtering the UserCheck message won't be displayed. Also when I try to directly access the Address http://<gateway-ip>/UserCheck I will be redirected to the "dynamic object" <dynamic-ip>.

For example google chrome shows a error message about failed DNS-Probe (see screenshot).

Is anyone there who has any suggestions how to resolve this?

The default should work, especially if you can't change it.
Please open a TAC case.

Did reset the whole appliance and now it's working.
