I want to allow users to download
films during break hours (between 12:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.).
I use checkpoint 1490, how can I make the setting.

How is the security policy for this 1490 managed?
Locally through WebUI, using a Check Point Security Management platform, or SMP?

how do you manage your GW?

I am quite sure that of you manage the GW locally through WebUI you don't have this capability enabled

Why do you use a 1490 locally managed instead of a - much cheaper - 790 ?

You would need a Smart-1 appliance (or a management VM) to manage this 1490.
