    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to upgrade firmware but it is not updating automatic. When i ask CP support. CP told to contact your supplier. And now supplier is not replying. No contact details except email. Please help me if anyone. It is really ridiculous when we purchase and we don't have control on the product.
