1490 + 4g modem does not work

Hello,

I am tring to use check point 1490 with 4g modem. The model of modem is Huawei E3372. As we can see in sk92809 it is supported. But when I connect it I see these logs:

It's obvious that the main problem is "bad speed". How can I change it?

First of all, are you on the firmware release specified by the SK (which is R77.20.80 or above)?

If you're on the correct version and still seeing that, I recommend opening a TAC case so we can investigate.

Are you sure you have configured all parts for the USB port correctly? Have you set the APN correctly for the telco, the user and password and also the dial string/phone number should be *99#
