From the datasheet of the Spark 2570, I understand that NGFW, NGTP, and SNBT (SandBlast) licenses are supported. It also mentions ‘VPN users = 200’. Could you clarify whether this refers to the total number of licensed users or the maximum number of concurrent VPN users that can be connected at the same time?

As Val says mobile access is a concurrent user license.
