    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We recently (yesterday) installed a&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Check Point 1500 Series appliance - Quamtum Spark&lt;/STRONG&gt;, embedded in the network. The solution is generally functional; however, we are facing difficulties configuring the following services:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Softphone&lt;/STRONG&gt; – We have a call center for public support. When the call center workstations are connected to the network that passes through the firewall, they are able to &lt;STRONG&gt;make outbound calls&lt;/STRONG&gt;, but they &lt;STRONG&gt;cannot receive incoming calls&lt;/STRONG&gt; from customers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;VoIP&lt;/STRONG&gt; – The internal phones are not working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have already reviewed the configurations, firewall rules, but so far without success.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could someone support us with the correct configuration of these services on the appliance!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
