With Smart-1 Cloud, among the various limitations (see &lt;A href="https://sc1.checkpoint.com/documents/Infinity_Portal/WebAdminGuides/EN/Check-Point-SmartCloud-Admin-Guide/Topics-Smart-1-Cloud/Limitations.htm" target="_blank"&gt;limitations here&lt;/A&gt;), it is not available from the Smart Console.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;To perform the updates, you can use the local interface of the Spark gateway and upload the Local Installation package, for example the current release available here: &lt;A href="https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk183153" target="_blank"&gt;sk183153&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P data-start="556" data-end="587"&gt;The version is &lt;STRONG data-start="571" data-end="584"&gt;R81.10.10&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P data-start="590" data-end="657"&gt;In my environment, the &lt;STRONG data-start="613" data-end="654"&gt;policies are managed by Smart-1 Cloud&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P data-start="660" data-end="782"&gt;In the Quantum Spark Web Console, I can see the &lt;STRONG data-start="708" data-end="723"&gt;“Check Now”&lt;/STRONG&gt; button, but the &lt;STRONG data-start="740" data-end="756"&gt;“Update Now”&lt;/STRONG&gt; button does not appear.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P data-start="784" data-end="971"&gt;In this situation, what is the correct way to upgrade the Quantum Spark?&lt;BR data-start="856" data-end="859" /&gt;If anyone has encountered the same situation or knows the procedure, your advice would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This can be done through SmartConsole.&lt;BR /&gt;Right-click on the relevant gateway object in the Gateways and Servers view and select Actions &amp;gt; Version Upgrade.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You are absolutely correct&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.checkpoint.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/63380"&gt;@TSOL&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;. I also worked with a client who had this problem and TAC helped them fox it. They never told me what was done (I should have asked them afterwards, but totally forgot), but TAC case and remote session is your best bet.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;The TAC told me that the upgrade can be performed by following the “Upgrading in SmartConsole” section in the procedure on this URL.&lt;/P&gt;
