Custom Email notification

Hi,

I've configured a cronjob to run a command every 5 mins and now I need to send the output over email, like the ones that are sent every time an admin logs in over SSH. Is that possible?

Have a look at sk175107 and see if it is helpful for you.

Otherwise you might explore sendmail / Playblocks.

Sorry, maybe I was not clear.

This is a Quantum Spark Gateway, running code R81.10.10. Is sendmail available on Spark?

As far as I know, there is no CLI command that is capable of sending email on Quantum Spark appliances.
The emails sent when you log in via SSH are done through Playblocks.

My apologies, how is the appliance managed?

As I recall most notification options were provided by former SMP / Spark Management.

Please also share the requirement with your local SE / CP representative.

Yep, no issues.

It's locally managed.
