VPN SMB1600 not working in R81.20.17

Hello,

just upgraded a SMB 1600 from R81.10.08 to R81.10.17 (996004653)
After the upgrade VPN with Windows cliens did not work any more.
Tried several versions up to E89.00 and did not work.
Capsule MobilePhone Client on Android and iPhone did work

Did anyone have the same problem?

The not wanted solution was revert to previous image to get the VPN again working.

We had aready several issues with R81.10.10 and R81.10.15 and we are sadly sticking with R81.10.08

How can this get solved?

Do you use RADIUS for authentication or some other mechanism, is the appliance centrally or locally managed?

Hey Sebastian,

I searched and was unable to find any known issues for that version, aty least related to VPN. I would recommend TAC case.
