Remote Acces VPN.

Hi,

I have two questions regarding smb firewall.

I have sg2000 firewall. I have opened port 443 , and i can connect through capsule app with firewall's IP. When i put username and password, i cannot connect with VPN. It says error or wrong phrase even though i created remote access users and also access policy.

Second question is that , how can i reach firewall from outside network with its IP. I have created policy but still cannot reach firewall through web.

What version/build of firmware?
What version of what VPN client was installed on what platform/OS?
What exactly did you configure in terms of Remote Access?
What messages show in the logs when you attempt to access?
Screenshots with sensitive details redacted will help.

For the second question, admin access from the Internet requires explicit configuration, as shown below.
Note that port 443 cannot be used for WebUI access, you must use a different port (4434 is the default),

For question 1:

Capsule APP version 1.600.138

I configured port 443 , i created remote users for vpn . I created remote user policy with services HTTPS

There is no message on logs.

Try to Initiate debugs on the Capsule VPN client according to SK106755 .

Capsule on what OS?
What exact error messages are you seeing on the client?
Have you verified that traffic is reaching the gateway?
For this, you should use tcpdump or similar.
