QoS Configuration on Check Point SMB

Hi everyone,

We are using the Check Point 2000 series and are in the process of configuring QoS for our sites. We have a network link from Site B to Site A with a 4 Mbps bandwidth. Our goal is to prioritize critical business services such as SharePoint, Office, the company website, and specific servers. To achieve this, we have configured a QoS policy to prioritize important traffic (Attached image)

However, when testing, it doesn’t seem to be working as expected. After searching the forums, I found a discussion titled https://community.checkpoint.com/t5/SMB-Gateways-Spark/QoS-for-VoIP-traffic/td-p/113209

I have a question: Does the bandwidth need to be fully utilized before QoS starts prioritizing critical services? I have attached our current QoS policy for reference, but it doesn’t appear to be functioning correctly.

If anyone has experience configuring QoS on Check Point SMB, I’d really appreciate your advice or recommendations

Did you do the first steps from https://sc1.checkpoint.com/documents/SMB_R81.10.X/AdminGuides_Locally_Managed/EN/Content/Topics/Configuring-QoS.htm?TocPath=Managing%20the%20Access%20Policy%7CConfiguring%20QoS%7C_____0 (you did follow this guide?) in Device > Internet ?

It appears that domain-based filtering is not functioning as expected, whereas IP-based filtering works correctly. I have reviewed the limitation mentioned in sk32176 and would like to confirm whether it applies to all Check Point models, including both Enterprise and Quantum Spark appliances
