      <title>Lost connection to SMP after reboot(1100 Appliance)</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello together,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have a central managed 1100 appliance with firmware R77.20.80&lt;SPAN style="color: #333333; background-color: #ffffff;"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;(990172392)&lt;/SPAN&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Every time when we restart the appliance,&amp;nbsp;it loses&amp;nbsp;connection to the SMP and can't establish the local configured VPN connection to the SMP.&amp;nbsp;The Cloud Service Status gets stuck at "Connecting - Synchronizing after reboot..."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #333333; background-color: #ffffff;"&gt;&lt;IMG class="image-1 jive-image" src="https://community.checkpoint.com/legacyfs/online/checkpoint/78082_pastedImage_1.png" /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #333333; background-color: #ffffff;"&gt;The only opportunity&amp;nbsp;we have is to manually switch off and switch on the cloud service. When we disable the Cloud Service following&amp;nbsp;message pops up:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG class="image-2 jive-image" src="https://community.checkpoint.com/legacyfs/online/checkpoint/78090_pastedImage_3.png" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;During the SMP connection lost, we can see blocks in the log(although the firewall rules are configured correctly):&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG class="image-3 jive-image" src="https://community.checkpoint.com/legacyfs/online/checkpoint/78091_pastedImage_4.png" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After reconnecting with the centralized server everything is working correctly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has someone any knowledge about this behaviour?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks a lot.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Severin Dellsperger&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
