Ping to VPN

Hi

From some reason I can't ping to the VPN but the VPN can ping to the LAN.

For example, when I connect to the VPN I got address 172.16.1.1 and I try to send ping to the LAN on address 192.168.1.100 and success.
But when I try to ping from the LAN to the VPN address I can't send ping "Request time out".

Someone can help with this?

Assuming this flow is allowed by your policy the relevant setting is:

Device > Advanced > Advanced Settings > Remote Access VPN - Back connections enable (true)

Did you disconnect and reconnect the client after making the change, do you observe anything relevant in the logs?

It was allowed before but I try to uncheck and reconnecting and check again and reconnecting and nothing change.
We can see in the logs that the action was Encrypt and the rule is specific connection rule from the LAN to the VPN and still when I ping I get request time out.

Have you enabled this property?
