      <description>&lt;P&gt;We are currently making use of &lt;LI-PRODUCT title="Quantum Spark (SMB)" id="smb"&gt;&lt;/LI-PRODUCT&gt;&amp;nbsp;1555 appliance as our gateway security. We have been experiencing issues where the employee's devices get disconnected from the network for a few seconds. Could this issue be from a configuration on the box? QOS is enabled&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What steps are taken to troubleshoot? You say lose connection to network. They lose like there WiFi connection to the box? Or are they connected via cable. SSID still reachable? Able to ping internet and or resolve DNS?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Maybe start with health check of this unit with DoctorSpark maybe there something pops up:&lt;/P&gt;
