Hi to All,

I replaced an old no CP firewall with 730 appliances.

My Account use a little app in order to open a OpenVPN session with a service supplier.

Please look this picture

After the login we have this situation

and we see that VPN status is OFFLINE.

If I re-install the old firewall all work fine.

I have inspected the old firewall and there are no rules for this connection.

Can someone help me solve this problem?

What about logs on the 730 appliance ? That is the first place to look if the ruleset or IPS is dropping packets. Next step would be to do captures - but as you are connecting from the internal network thru the 730 appliance to a VPN peer, a simple rule could help !
