Spark Licensing Issue

1500 series, R81.10.10, Centrally managed by SMS R81.20 T65.

We have renewed the NGTP suite after the initial year but they keep showing as expired, we had to turn off the relevant features in the policy to avoid disruption.

We see the correct licensing information in the UC.

Fetching license from the WebUI succeeds but the blades keep showing an expired status.

Generating the licenses manually from UC and installing them locally failed with a "Token error at line 1" message.

We have a SR open. Any hints are appreciated.

I don't have direct access to the customer's environment but the issue is as I described.

Fetch licenses succeeds but the relevant blades stay expired.

Installing the XML for offline activation received from UC fails with the mentioned error message.

K, got it. I think your best bet is to probably work with Account services to get this solved.

The original licenses which are now expired are still being shown, except the perpetual ones like FW, S2S VPN. Luckily as this is a remote site connected to S2S VPN.

Fetching licenses from UC succeeds as the firewall has Internet access, we see the correct key with the new licenses in UC but in the WebUI nothing changes afterwards.

cplic print keeps also showing the expired licenses.

Generating the license manually from UC and importing the XML in the WebUI fails with "Token error at line 1".

The FW have been upgraded rom R81.10.07 to R81.10.10 and this keeps going on.

After taking a break from the issue and coming back to this, we logged onto the Spark and now the licenses showed the correct date. Not sure what happened but it's solved.

Thre Spark connects to customers UC to sync the license and contracts, so this should slowly clean up all delays or errors...
