      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We're using checkpoint&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Quantum Spark&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;1590 Appliance, version R81.10.08,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Keep getting this error:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"System Error&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;An internal error has occurred.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the problem persists, contact Check Point Technical Assistance Center&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Failed to retrieve logs"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a way to fix it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would say, first, maybe try reboot, if that fails, upgrade. If that fails too, yes, contact TAC.&lt;/P&gt;
