Cryptic Errormessage

Dear all,

We use a locally managed Quantum Spark 1800 appliance R81.10.10 (996002945). Last week when querying through the logs available at "Logs & Monitoring" in the online GUI we were suddenly logged out. Logging in was not possible anymore with a "Server error".

In the system logs we found the following error:
"2024-07-01T16:59:17.000Z, [...] root: [System error] CODE_SYS_ERROR (8712.2722.885) - app/custom/customResultFormatter.lua:18: attempt to concatenate field 'filename' (a nil value) (Log reference: 1719845957) "

Logging in to the GUI was impossible until we changed the administrator password. We are wondering whether other users have seen the above error on their appliance and know where it originates and how to prevent it?

before the error, did you any changes? Like rulebase changes , cronjobs or anything else that is out of the ordinary?
