Issue with Access to Radius Appliance

Hi team.

I have a issue when I try to access to a 1500 Appliances.

I have configured the remote server Radius correctly. I can access with my user and my password (Main Domain) GUI mode

But when I try to access with other user in other Domain (SecDom) I cannot access (User not found)

The weird here is if I access to SSH PUTTY, The secondary user is possible to access.

I wonder if a lost a configuration o need to put he domain in some way (Try to Domain/user,Domain @ user)

So I apreciaty your help from this case.

I believe the correct format is user@domain
