Unable to locate unix file which converting ASA config to CP v80.40 using Smartmove

Hi there,

I am trying to migrate configuration from ASA (v9.8) to Checkpoint R80.40.

I followed this link for SmartMove: https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk115416

But when I execute command 'dos2unix **' it don't create any new file in the same location.

Please check the attached screenshot for confirmation and guide me accordingly.

I will recommend you using the SmartConector option .

About the dos2unix - it is the same file ,you can read about this Linux utility here: http://dos2unix.sourceforge.net/

I tried to use the same file to copy object and policies to Checkpoint but it was giving error.
Can you please share the link of SmartConector? How to get that and steps to use it.

I will really be thankful if you can please share the link for migration from ASA to Checkpoint firewall.

About the SmartConctor - copy the .tar.gz file to the MGMT.

extract the file : tar -xvzf <file name>

run: python smartconnector.py -r
