Remote Access VPN : No response from gateway for 1st packet

Hi Checkmates,

We recently upgrade the Check Point Mgmt Server from R77.30 to R80.40.

Gateway still having R77.30.

We face this issue on new user which created after the upgradation.The existing user having no issue.

We face the below issue after default time 8 hour.

Kindly update if someone face this issue.

Hi Team,

We didn't rised a TAC case.

Come to know that issue is happen because of next hop router having some issue.

Basically we have not found any issue on Check Point.
