Checkpoint E82.10 upgrade fails

Hello,

We are trying to upgrade Checkpoint VPN client to version E82.10.

On some clients (10%), we receive the following error :

DEBUG: Error 2769: Custom Action StopTracService.2C0EAE67_7A1D_43BF_B3D9_476098DF60F5 did not close 2 MSIHANDLEs.

Do you have any idea on how to solve this ?

We use Microsoft configuration Manager to deploy the chekpoint msi.

I’d try using the latest client (E84.20): https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk170512&partition=Basic&product=Endpoint

If that gives similar issues, I recommend engaging with the TAC.
