Hi all,

So we are rolling out endpoint vpn on E84.00 and E83.20 using Pingid swipe as the 2 factor.

we have a odd issues , there is a extra response screen that appears that is not needed.

So the process it username and password checked by firewall then radius that goes to ping.

you put username and password and get this odd pop up and you can enter anything in here and it then connects to pingid for the swipe.

if i just set up for username and password it works and you dont see this and if you set up for ping you dont see this screen.

any one has any ideas.

Are you sure PingID is supported with locally deployed EPS? I can only find it's supported as Identity Provider for CloudGuard Connect

Not sure to PingID has a guide on how to set up with checkpoint vpn. We use pingid currently with Pulse secure and citrix.
