      <title>Connectivity with the Check Point Endpoint Security service is lost</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Gents,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with our &lt;STRONG&gt;VPN Services&lt;/STRONG&gt; that is not allowing our staff in certain departments to remote access our servers. We received an error message&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Connectivity with the VPN service is lost.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This issue affects the remote working employees – Everything was working fine until &lt;STRONG&gt;31/12/2020&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;last working day before Christmas.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Updating to the latest version is not possible (I am getting the error message attached). The repair method seems to be not working as well!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise on the next steps!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class="mceNonEditable lia-copypaste-placeholder"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
