    <description>&lt;P&gt;For the sake of knowledge, in my case I solved the problem by installing the last version of the VPN client (I could just launch the setup over the current one).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Trying to reinstall the same version didn't solve the issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear All&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have this issue on a clinet VPN Endpoint 8430 VPN service is down&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I try to reinstall the apllication but dosn't work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is impossible to open the client the service is down and is impossible start&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have W10&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Your symptoms are very similar to those mentioned in&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;sk101081. Try following the SK, although it does not mention your particular client&amp;nbsp;version. If does not help, open a TAC service request&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;What is build # of Windows 10 (in cmd: winver)?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you see Virtual Network Adapter in the Network Connections?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you please check what is the service status in Task Manager:&lt;/P&gt;
