Harmony Connect redirects website outsite secure platform

Hi,

I published a web application in the portal, the first page displays normally (Is a service for changing AD user's password) but when I click the Send Button it redirects outside the encrypted session and the page is unable to display. The restricted mode is enabled.

What could be the issue?

When you say "redirects outside the encrypted session" what does that mean exactly?
Screenshots might be helpful (with sensitive details redacted).

Thanks for the answer, in the screenshots attached we can see that the local URL of the site is within the checkpoint domain. But when I click the Send Button (Enviar) the page redirects directly to the URL of the site and it's unable to resolve.

Ok, so this is using Harmony Connect Corporate Access, got it.
Best bet here is to engage with the TAC: https://help.checkpoint.com
