      <title>Jira on-premise: Display errors and performance issues</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I'm in the process of figuring out why this happens or where to start.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Basically, we are using Harmony and added Jira on-premise as an app, opening it works, but we are dealing with display and performance issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Display issues: as seen below, under "Projects" a list should open as well as the system dashboard should be filled with content. But it's all blank&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Performance issues: Sites take ages to load.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="image.png" style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.checkpoint.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/23267iE06FEAC5787A8E87/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="image.png" alt="image.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Confluence on-premise, which is hosted on the same server (Debian, nginx) in the background, runs perfectly fine.
