Hi,

I was wondering if anybody has been able to automatically deploy harmony connect to users on macOS? I have tried to deploy the downloaded agent from the connect portal that has the tenantid installer, as well as a vanilla connect installer.

Both were able to install the application to the device, but neither were able to authenticate the users when they enter their details. I know the users are authenticated, as when I use the tenantid installer and run it manually on the device it works.

I'm thinking Intune must be renaming the package, and thus causing the authentication failure, as I had that issue when trying it manually first and the download prompted to be downloaded first rather than just downloading straight away.

If someone has this working I'd appreciate any config advice. TIA.

Hi,

This is for Harmony Connect rather than Capsule (if there is any difference?). However I've got it working for Windows devices via Intune, so presume the appropriate graph permissions are already set.
