Unable to create Checkpoint Secureworkspace of office domain on my windows build 21359.1

I am trying to login to my office vpn to create secureworkspace in CheckPoint application but it fails without any error after splash screen shows "Applying Wallpaper".

What’s the gateway/JHF version?
My guess is that a TAC case will be required to troubleshoot this.

None of this is the gateway version/JHF.
Also, those logs files do not appear to be relevant to Secure Workspace.
You need to work with the person who manages the gateway you’re connecting to.
They will probably need to engage our TAC to resolve the issue.
