MACOS RADIUS login fails sometime

Hello,

we are using Checkpoint R80.40 for remote access using RADIUS authentication to Safenet.

With windows the login always works. With MacOS we have the problem that sometimes the VPN client doesn't recognise the accept from the firewall and pops up with "wrong Username/Password". At the firewall and the RADIUS Server we see an Access-Accept.

When we authenticate again the connection works which is realy annoying for the users as they have to generate 2 OTP and must authenitcate 2 times.

Has anybody the same problem?
