    <description>&lt;P&gt;You would have to work with the administrator of the site to understand what is going on, starting with a tcpdump on the gateway to see if the traffic is making it to the gateway.&lt;BR /&gt;Then look from there to see possible errors, etc.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
