Understanding MEP Selection for EndPoint from the Logs

Hi all,

We have several clients connecting to VPN Gateways that we wouldn't expect to be selected based on their working location.

What logs are available on the client or gateway to help me understand why a particular gateway was selected on this occasion.

The client decides what gateway to use, as I recall.
I believe it is determined based on latency, but you should be able to see in the logs collected by Advanced > Logging why a given gateway was chosen.

Thanks for the reply. I have tried looking through the Helpdesk and trac logs taken from the client but unfortunately the logs don't appear to show the gateway response times. Wireshark has been suggested as an option to see the gateway responses
