Checkpoint vpn users unable to access internal network even if vpn is connected

Hi Team,

We have enabled checkpoint vpn for end users with scv checks enabled. Problem is once user connects to VPN he is not able to access any of the internal network.

This sometimes happens at initial level or sometimes works for few minutes and then stops working.

SCV status at client end shows compliant but on gateway we see that SCV status unknown.

Please help us with the suggestions to resolve this.

You did not mention version/JHF level, but it seems like there are some issues fixed in the various JHFs related to SCV.
I'd start by applying the latest JHF for your version.
Otherwise, I suggest engaging with the TAC.

Would you mind sharing the rules you have configured for this on the gateway side? Sounds like that could be the issue...
