    <description>&lt;P&gt;The sk112933 is for&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Microsoft RADIUS server and not for MFA using Azure AD. I would suggest to contact TAC with the question as i can find no documentation.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Increasing MFA timeout</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have deployed MFA using Azure AD for the RAS VPN.&amp;nbsp; We have been trying to increase the timeout for the client to give the users more time to react to the MFA request.&amp;nbsp; We have been working with SK&lt;SPAN&gt;112933:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&amp;amp;solutionid=sk112933" target="_blank"&gt;Endpoint Security VPN client timeout reached during the time that a third-party server is handling Multifactor Authentication (MFA) (checkpoint.com)&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We have gone through the:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We have increased the timeouts in the Global Properties.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We increased the timeouts in the&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;trac.defaults &lt;/EM&gt;file on the client machines.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We have adjusted the timeouts in the file&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;$FWDIR/conf/trac_client_1.ttm.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;None of these changes have had an effect increasing the timeout of the Checkpoint VPN client.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are there other resources that might help us, or other options we could try.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Michael&lt;/P&gt;</description>
