macOS Monterey - You are not authorized to receive an Office Mode IP address

Hi,

I'm currently struggling with Endpoint Security client for macOS. I installed the latest client version e86.20 from https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal/role/supportcenterUser/page/default.psml/media-type/html?action=portlets.DCFileAction&eventSubmit_doGetdcdetails=&fileid=120380 on my mac and configured the VPN connection, but I'm getting "You are not authorized to receive an Office Mode IP address. Office Mode might not be configured or it is only permitted for specified users." shorty after my credentials are verified. The connection from my windows desktop works fine, there I get Office Mode IP. Does anybody know what could be the reason ? Is it even possible to get Office Mode IP in macOS ?

Depending on the VPN GW version, it may be sk171989. Check with your VPN administator
