    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have configured Remote Access VPN on Gaia 77.30, when I try to connect with Endpoint Security Client, it stucks on "User *** authenticated by FireWall-1 authentication" and nothing happened.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In SmartView Tracker there are logs that authentification was&amp;nbsp;successful.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In the client, you can collect debugs by going into the UI and selecting Advanced.&lt;BR /&gt;From there, there is is a button to collect the logs.&lt;BR /&gt;It should provide a clue where it is hanging up in the process.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;All that said, R77.30 has been End of Support for a couple years now and you should really upgrade to a supported release.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
