      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thats a very good question actually. Im not endpoint guy myself, but I know certain functions can be modified with trac.defaults file. Now, for something what you are asking about, I could be mistaken, but Im fairly certain its built-in software functionality that cannot be disabled/removed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
