    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you’re using Identity Awareness, have Remote Access enabled as an identity source, and the machine talks to Active Directory at all, you should be able to get this information.&lt;BR /&gt;However, R77.30 is very much End of Support and if you don’t already have Identity Awareness enabled and working, you will probably have issues getting this configuration to work.&lt;BR /&gt;Strongly suggest upgrading to a supported release.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
