Mobile Access Legacy Policy does not update with new rules or modifications

Hi all,

We are using Mobile Access portal SNX (legacy Policy) for 3rd-party consultants to access to our environment. We have R80.10, and it has a few rules to give 3rd party access to native apps (i.e RDP). It has been working fine for months. Recently we needed to add new rules and modify existing rules. From the Smartdashboard (for mobile access legacy policy) everything seemed fine, no errors. We were able to save, publish and install the policy. However, the changes did not seem to get pushed to the FW. The FW did not seem to be aware of the changes (i.e new native app did not appear in the user's portal). I did not find much about this in my research. Any idea?

R80.10 is End of Support.
If this is the result of a bug (which it likely is), then you will need to upgrade to a supported release.
