Hello everyone!

I'v installed Enterprise Endpoint Security (E87.10) macOS Clients, but when I try to connect via Horizon I have an error with resolving remote host. Also I see that no packets from my PC to VPN side.

Also I see that program didn't create VPN profile in network params, like it did other VPN clients (like Capsule f.e.)

Program installed on MacOS 12.6.3 with m1 chip. Another versions also didn't work (since 84.3).

Somebody solved this problem?

Can you elaborate on "connecting via Horizon" part?

No VPN profile is okay.

After establishing connection I'll start VMware Horizon to connect with remote server and get: "Error: Couldn't resolve server address"

Im also not clear what you mean connect via Horizon? I use E87.10 on my personal Macbook running Monterrey without issues.

"Connect via Horizon" please provide precise steps followed with screenshots.

"Didn't create VPN profile in network params" what precisely is meant by this?
If it's something specific to macOS System Settings, I don't believe we create anything specific to VPN there.

1. Establishing connection and open this app (Horizon)

2. I meant that program (probably) must create profile in System settings -> Network

I have never seen Harmony Endpoint create a VPN-related profile in System Settings > Network.
Depending on the blades you deploy with, "filters" will be created, though.
For example, on my installation, I have App Control, Firewall, and Anti-Bot:

I believe Firewall is where VPN actually occurs.

Which "Harmony" app are you referring to?
Please provide a screenshot so we are clear on what is actually generating the error message and provide the appropriate guidance.
