topic identify remote users OS version in SASE and Remote Access

Is there a better way to identify remote users PC version? I see the major version is windows 10, but not the exact hotfix. With MACs it's a little better - I can see the version.

We have a mix of sslvpn, Endpoint Security (portal) and Endpoint Connect(VPN only) users.

a mix. Some users use the ES cloud instance, but mostly on prem with the vpn piece of endpoint security fat client.

sslvpn users are coming in with snx.

Oh, yeah with the portal cloud yes. That's just a small percentage of my userbase though, 1%

Most of our users are coming in onprem though, with standard logging.
