Edge and Chrome asking to install Mobile Access Agent on Win10 like a loop all the time

Hello guys! Recently I started a new remotely job and it will necessary to use VPN. I receved user, password and link to start the Web portal SSL VPN.

The problem is the browsers Edge and Chrome, asking to install Mobile Access Agent on Win10 like a loop all the time. I did install this and reboot the machine but when I tryed to start the VPN it redirec me to the same page informing me that I have to follow two steps: 1- Download... 2- Install the Mobile Access Agent.

I repeated the proessess a lot, but it dont go ahead after this page. They repeat the same page with the steps to install the agent. I tryed a lots of things but with not solutions yet.

Do the clients have the required version of JDK installed?

Which Gateway version are you running?

If its R80.10 as the article suggests that is End of Support and you should consider upgrading.

which version are you running ? the article says "The issue described in this article is relevant only for build 421 of R80.10."

i've your issue also with 80.40 Take 180 and 81.10 Take 87
