Connectivity with VPN service is lost - Checkpoint

Hi All,

We having a issue when we install the new version E86.50 in windows 7 and windows 8

once the software installed, we directly getting prompt " connection with the VPN service is lost".

we unable to find the solution for this matter.

I really doubt windows 7 is still supported due to certificate issues. Did you try that on windows 10?

Please try a more recent / recommended client version... E86.80 or even E87.x

They are external staff that using personal notebook that why still using windows 7. Windows 10 no issue.

I tested this on windows 7 VM with newest E87.30 client and worked fine. Btw, I heard soon enough, MS wont even support windows 10 : - )
