Customize DynamicID email subject "DynamicID one time password"

Hello, all

We managed to enable DynamicID in our organization and get OTP delivered to our clients' emails.

Is there a way to change the email's default subject, which is "DynamicID one time password"? Management prefers a custom subject.

I know we can change the DynamicID Message sent to the user, which I did, but I failed to locate a place where I can customize the subject.

We're running R81.10.

What system do you use to issue OTP?

I am exactly in the same situation as described by the previous user. I am working with a Quantum 6600 Security Gateway running R81.20. If you have any tips about how to edit the default subject, please kindly let me know.

I am not sure a custom email subject is supported. If you need to have an official answer, it is best to open a support call with TAC for the matter.
