Good afternoon.

Check point security gateway R77.30.

There is an ISP Redundancy. Mode: Load Sharing.
Two providers A and B.
Provider B is unstable and the connection is often lost.
In Check Point Gaia Portal Network Management->IPv4 Static Routes->Default, two gateways of two providers with priorities 1 and 1 are registered.

Periodically, provider B's gateway disappears from Default.
This happens in two cases, maybe more reasons.
1. The connection with provider B is lost. After a while, the gateway does not return to Default.
2. When installing the policy in SmartDashboard.

Ping is disabled in static route.

Question: why does the gateway disappear and not return? Although there used to be only provider B. Two gateways were registered in Static routes, for provider A (which was absent) and for provider B. And nothing was missing. Can any settings in the provider's router be affected?

P.S I add gateways via the Web interface. And just in case, I do save config through the console.

Most likely this is a result of some sort of bug that is probably fixed in a newer version.
R77.30 is End of Support and has been for a few years now; recommend upgrading.
