Did you involve CP TAC already ? Sounds strange and more like a Win11 issue...

Hi,

looking for a help with Checkpoint Securemote on Windows 11.

I went to Windows 11 few days ago. On Windows 10 everything went well.

I use version 86.80 and certificate located on smart card.

The problem is when trying to connect to site from Windows 11.

It always reports "The smart card cannot perform the requested operation or the operation requires a different smart card"

I choose the correct certificate in Securemore GUI but it does not find it on the smart card while it is connecting.

I have tried with 3 different smart card readers from different vendors. Everytime I get the same result.

The smart card reader operates well, it makes no problems in other software like firefox, where the certificate is found on the smart card.

I also checked the whole keychain and this looks fine as well. Would be great to find out what is going on.

Many thanks in advance for your advices.

Kind regards

Viktor
