Unable to access RDP server via clientless VPN

Hi Team,

We have created a bookmark for the RDP access on the clientless VPN but it is showing error "The upstream server does not appear to exist, or cannot be reach over the network".

But as checked, The server is reachable over 3389 from the gateway.

Kindly help on this.

Version/JHF of gateway and management?
Have you tried to perform a tcpdump from the gateway while the user is attempting connection via the VPN to see if traffic is actually being initiated?

Do you see any drops for this on the fw with zdebug command?

Guacamole is needs to be installed in my environment to achieve the clientless RDP using web sslvpn ??
