Capsule Connect Reauthentication Interval

Good Afternoon All,

I have a question that was posed to me by a customer using Capsule Connect for iOS. They are unable to adjust the reauthentication interval, even though it appears to be set using the SecureClient Mobile setting in the global properties when trying it in a lab environment, on thier production system this has no effect. Am I missing something?

Hi Andy,

They currently have it set to 720 but the client shows 10 hours instead of 12.

Hm, thats odd. Right, so 10 hours would be 10x60=600 and 12 hours is 12x60=720 minutes, so yes, you are 100% right, should be 12 hours. Hey, quick question...can you have a random user maybe disconnect and reconnect again or delete and re-create a site?

By default, say even with regular VPN barebone client, when users connect, it will always show 8 hours, but once they reconnect, it would fetch the gateway topology info, so should show as correct.
