Hej there!

We're using the mobile Access blade configured with smartdashboard to access file shares by VPN

The user can install and use the capsule Application on their mobile phones (in fact those mdm devices are configured by us) and can access their data through the VPN tunnel, using that application

it works like a charm. They can login and see the file shares we gave them. f.e. own documents and so on.

They also can upload files. Thats very useful for technicians outside while they are investigating issues and record them including pictures and documents.

Unfortunately it seems only to be possible to upload one File at once over that App and also by the web browser.

In the App you have the opportunity to choose more files, but you get an error after hitting "upload". If just chosen 1 file it works fine.

If the technicians created 20 pictures of a crash site ... well ... thats unergonomic ... at least

I cant found any place to reconfigure this. Read about Data Loss Prevention but also wont be able to find the right place.

Is there any way to allow Uploads with more than one file by capsule?

Why not zip the files together into one and upload ? I would ask CP TAC for help here to get an explanation at least...

of course is creating archives an option. But unfortunately not every user is aware of that and well trained in the handling of zip files

Besides that it makes no sense to me to offer the option to upload multiple files and then throw an error without reason

I opened a case at checkpoint.

I suspect the issue is that the relevant functionality in Mobile Access Blade only supports a single file upload at a time.
